Statement of Nondiscrimination
Borough of Manhattan Community College is an Equal Opportunity and Affirmative Action institution. The Office of Compliance and Diversity coordinates the College’s efforts related to Title IX, which prohibits sex discrimination in federally assisted education programs; Age Discrimination Act, which prohibits age discrimination in federally assisted education programs; and Americans with Disabilities Act and Section 504/ADA, which prohibit discrimination on the basis of disability.
